(1 king, 2 Queen), 3 bathrooms and a den
with a pull out sofa. The master bedroom,
living room, the den and one guest bedrooms
have TV. The spacious livingroom has TV, DVD
and stereo. The gourmet kitchen is fully
equipped. For your convenience you have high
speed internet access! The lanai/pool area
is equipped with pool furniture, sunchairs
and a BBQ-Grill. Pool and whirlpool can be
electric heated. You have a boat dock (no
boat lift) and Gulf access. The price is US$
1.300/week and US 3.500/month. Plus 11 % tax
and US$ 140 cleaning fee. Additonal 20 % over
Xmas and Easter. With this house you can
also rent a boat if you want - no boat
license necessary - the boat will be
delivered to your vacation home. |
