Relax is located in the SE area of Cape
Coral only minutes away from the river. The
lanai has western exposure. This lovely
villa has a lot of privacy and is nested in
a tropical garden - the perfect place to
relax. It has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 Queen)
and 2 baths. The large kitchen is fully
equipped and has a separate breakfast nook.
The dining area seats 6 persons. Beside the
living room which has TV, DVD, VCR, stereo
and high speed internet access you have a
family room with a nice view on the pool.
The pool is electric heated. On the lanai
you have pool furniture, deck chairs and a
BBQ grill and another TV. The boat dock has
2 boat lifts. If you want to rent a boat -
no problem - it will be delivered to your
home. The weekly rate is US$ 1.300. Monthly
rates on request. Plus 11 % taxes and US$ 130
cleaning fee. |
